Mail management at Your Group Home

At my group homes, the mail comes to the house under the resident’s name. All mail comes to the same house address and whoever picks up the mail distributes it.

We have a mail sorter at the front door. The mail sorter has a list of all the tenants’ names next to it so that whoever collects and distributes the mail knows which slot to put the mail into.

Everyone participates in sorting the mail and we have never had a problem with mail.
