Eliminate before you delegate

In The 4-Hour Workweek, Tim Ferriss says: eliminate before you delegate—and it’s one of the best pieces of advice I’ve used in my remote group home journey.

For example, I used to track rental income in QuickBooks. But then I realized… RentRedi (my tenant management system) already gives me all the reports I need. Why double up? I eliminated that step, and just like that—one less thing to manage or delegate.

If you’re starting your group home, look at your to-do list with fresh eyes.
