Most people set goals in January…And then completely ignore them until October.
Sound familiar?
Here’s the usual cycle:You get hyped in January, write out your big goals, then life happens. You coast through the year, maybe glancing at your list once or twice. Then October hits and you think, “Wait… I never did half this stuff!”So you scramble to take action—right before setting another round of goals for the next year.
But here’s the kicker: The people who actually get things done in Q4? They usually knock out big goals in just 90 days.
So imagine what you could do if you started now—in June.
We all have the same 24 hours (yep, even Beyoncé).The difference is in how we use them.
Instead of letting your day happen to you, start planning on purpose.
Here’s what works for me:
✅ Before bed, I write down my Top 3 priorities for tomorrow
✅ I tackle those first—before the distractions start
✅ I don’t try to work 24/7. I go hard five days a week—that’s 15 focused wins every week
It’s not about doing everything—it’s about doing what matters most, consistently.
So if you haven’t made much progress on your 2025 goals, don’t wait for October.
June is the new January.
Reset. Refocus. Let’s go.
