How the Book "Buy Back Your Time" Reinforced My Group Home Business Strategy

I recently listened to Buy Back Your Time by Dan Martell—on audio, while doing chores, running errands, and working out. That’s called NET time (No Extra Time), a concept from Tony Robbins that Dan actually mentions in the book. You pair physical tasks with mental growth—efficiency at its finest.

As I listened, I couldn’t stop thinking how much this book aligns with how I run and teach my group home business.

Here are 3 takeaways that hit home:

1.     Eliminate first – I used to track rent in QuickBooks… until I realized RentRedi already gives me those reports. Boom—task deleted.

2.     Delegate to elevate – I train others to run day-to-day tasks, so I can focus on growing the business, not getting stuck in it.

3.     System > Hustle – Dan talks about creating processes that run without you. That’s the core of remote group home management.

Highly recommend this read (or listen) if you want to grow without burning out.
